About the team

We work closely with security and technology teams across Swiss Re Group to promote security-by-design, assess security risks, and provide guidance. Our work supports aligned architectures, measurable security maturity, and clear security roadmaps for the organisation.

We are looking for a highly motivated team player with genuine passion for cybersecurity, a solid foundation in security concepts, and the curiosity to grow into enterprise security architecture. This role is idóneo for an early-career professional with around 2-3 years of relevant experience who wants to support architecture reviews, document security guidance, and contribute to secure design decisions under the guidance of experienced architects.

In your role, you will
- Support senior security architects and enterprise security architects in architecture reviews, security advisory activities, and governance assessments
- Contribute to the definition, documentation, and maintenance of security standards, requirements, reusable patterns, and architecture decision records




- Collaborate with other security and technology teams to clarify security expectations and support practical adoption of security-by-design principles
- Track, analyse, and document security architecture observations to support maturity assessments, roadmap discussions, and continuous improvement
- Keep learning about cybersecurity technologies, architecture practices, and emerging risks, and share insights with the team
