?Some details about your department

We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and AI-savvy Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for AWAKE Venture Studio. In this dual-faceted role, you will be responsible for both building the overarching AWAKE brand globally and providing hands-on Go-To-Market (GTM) and growth marketing support to the portfolio of AI-native startups incubating within the studio.

You will sit at the bleeding edge of AI innovation, working alongside founders, product builders, and AI engineers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, 0-to-1 environment and knows how to build hype, attract top-tier founder talent, and rapidly test acquisition channels for new products.

? What we’d like you to do

Brand Awareness: Build and execute the marketing strategy to establish AWAKE as a premier global AI venture studio.

Talent & Founder Attraction: Design campaigns to attract top-tier entrepreneurs, AI engineers, and product visionaries to join the studio.

Thought Leadership: Produce high-impact content (articles, newsletters, whitepapers, social media) showcasing AWAKE’s methodology, successes from the AI Create and AI Forge phases, and Making Science’s vision for the future of AI.

Concept Validation (AI Create Phase): Assist in the discovery phase by running rapid, low-cost marketing experiments (e.g., landing page tests, smoke tests, paid micro-campaigns) to validate market demand for new AI concepts.

Launch & Scale (AI Forge Phase): Develop and execute initial Go-To-Market strategies for newly minted startups. Help founders define their positioning, target audience, and initial customer acquisition channels.

Growth Hacking: Implement scalable growth loops, leveraging AI tools for automation, content generation, and personalized outreach to gain early traction for portfolio companies.

Ecosystem Building: Foster a community of AI enthusiasts, investors, and startup founders around the AWAKE brand.

Event Management: Organize and manage AWAKE’s presence at key startup, AI, and tech conferences. Host local pitch days, hackathons, and networking events across our general hubs.

PR & Media Relations:



Work with internal and external PR teams to secure coverage for AWAKE's launch announcements, funding rounds, and portfolio company successes.

? What we’d like you to bring

Experience: 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally with a background in venture capital, venture studios, accelerators, or early-stage B2B SaaS/AI startups.

0-to-1 Mindset: Proven experience in launching new products or brands from scratch. You are comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.

AI Fluency: Deep personal interest in and understanding of the generative AI landscape, autonomous agents, and foundational models. You actively use AI tools to enhance your own productivity.

Full-Stack Marketing: Versatile skill set covering content marketing, performance/growth marketing, brand building, and community management.

Agile Execution: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, context-switching between the overarching studio brand and individual startup needs.

Communication: Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex AI technologies into compelling value propositions.

Language: Fluent in English
