As Inspekt AI expands across Europe and North America, we are looking for a Marketing Manager based in Madrid to take ownership of the company’s marketing execution, brand communication, content production, website presence, and commercial marketing materials.

This role focuses on product understanding, content creation, website ownership, and the ability to communicate and sell Inspekt AI’s value clearly across multiple formats and markets.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly hands-on Marketing Manager who can understand a technical product in depth and translate it into clear, persuasive, and commercially relevant marketing.

The successful candidate must be able to understand what Inspekt AI does, how the technology works, the operational problems it solves, and why the product matters to different types of customers.

This person will be responsible for turning that understanding into effective marketing assets for both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking audiences.

The role requires someone who can move confidently between strategy and execution. They must be able to develop the marketing approach, but also write the copy, create the presentation, update the website, produce the video, adapt the message, and deliver the final asset.

This is not a purely strategic or supervisory position.



It is a builder role for someone who is comfortable creating the work directly and taking full ownership of the output.

Mission:

Own Inspekt AI's marketing execution end-to-end by translating a highly technical product into clear, credible, and commercially effective marketing across all customer-facing channels.

Core Responsibilities:

- Own Inspekt AI's messaging and product positioning.
- Create high-quality content in English and Spanish.
- Manage the company website and digital presence.
- Produce sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies, brochures, proposals).
- Create LinkedIn content, videos, presentations and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.
- Build scalable marketing systems, workflows and content libraries.
- Work closely with Executive Leadership, Operations, Product, Engineering and Business Development.

Someone who can:

- Understand a complex technical product.
- Turn technical information into commercial value.
- Think strategically while executing everything themselves.
- Write exceptionally well in English and Spanish.
- Create presentations, videos and marketing assets without relying on agencies.
- Work independently with strong ownership.

Must Have:

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a hands-on B2B marketing role, preferably within a technology company.
- Native/C2 English and Spanish.
