What you’ll be doing (and who with)

This role reports to the Marketing Manager, within a Marketing team of five. It's a highly cross-functional role,



you'll collaborate closely and daily with the rest of the Marketing team, plus Sales, Customer Success, our internal SEO team and a network of freelance collaborators.

Your tasks:
- Own SEO and organic growth strategy end-to-end
- Own the Avantio website and content calendar:
- Extend content ownership beyond the website
- Manage freelance collaborators and localization:
- Work daily and closely with the rest of the Marketing team, ensuring content and brand consistency across every channel
- Bring strategic judgment to the role
What are we looking for?
- Keyword research and SEO tools (e.g. GA4, Search Console, Semrush, Clarity)
- WordPress (intermediate level)
- Comfortable with Salesforce tools and AI tools in daily work
- Bilingual English, C1-C2 or native level
- Fluent Spanish
- Strong sense of ownership
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration skills (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success)
- Flexibility
