We are hiring ambitious people to join a brand new European sales team in Madrid, working for a general technology business investing significantly in its next stage of growth.

You do not need years of sales experience. We are looking for people with the confidence, curiosity, drive and ambition to learn, alongside the language skills to build relationships across European markets.

You will join at an exciting stage, with the opportunity to make an impact from the beginning, learn from experienced sales professionals and build towards a long term career in sales.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative, or SDR, your job is to create new business opportunities across Europe.

You will learn how to:
- Research companies and identify potential customers




- Speak with senior decision makers across European markets
- Understand business challenges and introduce technology solutions
- Book qualified meetings and create new sales opportunities
- Work alongside Account Executives, Marketing and technical specialists
- Build your confidence, commercial awareness and sales skills
- Experiment with new ideas, messaging and ways to stand out

This is not about reading from a script all day.

You will be encouraged to think, learn, test ideas and develop your own approach, while receiving the coaching and support to become great at sales.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are interested in potential, not just previous experience.

You could be a graduate, early in your career, changing direction or already have some commercial experience.

What matters is that you are:
- Bilingual, with fluent English plus French, German or another European language
- Ambitious and motivated to build
