Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated engineer to contribute to the development, validation, and delivery of high-quality embedded software for Radio IC and SoC products. This role focuses on automated testing, CI/CD integration, and supporting software quality, traceability, and compliance across the software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and regression suites (C, C#, Python)
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Execute integration, system, and regression testing on embedded platforms
- Support traceability between requirements, test implementation, and validation results to ensure audit readiness
- Follow established SDLC processes aligned to quality and compliance requirements
- Contribute to development and improvement of SQA test frameworks, pipelines, and environments
- Support scalable and reusable automated test solutions and test approaches
- Contribute to quality metrics (coverage, defects, regression health) and reporting
- Investigate defects,



perform root cause analysis, and support issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IC Design, Firmware, Applications, Product, SQA)
- Work on moderately complex problems involving system-level interactions
- Develop working knowledge of RF/high-speed converter systems and lab instrumentation

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in embedded software development or test
- Experience with automated testing, embedded systems, and device drivers
- Proficiency in C, C#, and Python
- Experience with SDLC tools (Jira, Git, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins)
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions)
- Hands-on experience with lab instrumentation (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, power supply)
- Experience with unit testing, code coverage, and regression testing
