WHAT YOU´LL DO
This role will lead the independent Risk & Compliance function while working closely with Product, Technology, Operations and Commercial teamsto enable sustainable growth, support innovation and ensure regulatory expectations are met.
Success in this role means finding the right balance between protecting the business and helping it move fast. You'll provide independent challenge when needed, but you'll also be a trusted partner who helps teams identify practical solutions, make informed decisions and embed risk management into the way we build products and operate every day.
