The Administrative - Vendor Invoices approval will ensure accurate and timely management of vendor invoicing processes by approving purchase invoices, monitoring deviations between estimated and presente costs in collaboration with the Customer Service team and resolving disputes with vendors. Additionally, support financial accuracy through detailed reporting and analysis of invoices to maintain effective accruals control.
