- As the IoT Billing Operations Specialist you will support the IoT Billing Operations Lead and take accountability for managing key projects to improve our IoT billing operations. You will work with the operational teams, both internal and third party supplier, that manage the customer configuration and bill run to ensure that we continually improve customer experience, efficiency and governance processes. You will also focus on the future, engaging with our product management community to ensure that operational requirements and priorities are understood and the roadmap supports the evolving business need.
