The Role

As our Marketing Programs Specialist you turn our marketing strategy into market presence. This is a role that owns the full execution side of our marketing engine: lead generation distribution, digital marketing, paid media, vendor management, GTM campaign coordination, and performance reporting. Every piece of content and strategy our marketing team produces depends on this role to get it shipped, consistently and at the quality our audience expects. Your impact on business growth will be direct and substantial. This role lets you build things from scratch exactly how you’ve always wanted it to work.





You're a finisher — not just a starter. You're process-obsessed, analytical, and energized by building systems that run smoothly and scale. You're comfortable owning mission-critical responsibilities as an individual contributor, and you're vocal about what you need to deliver your best work. In this role, you report to the Head of Marketing, and work closely with our Content & Customer Marketing Manager and Sales team.

The Impact You Make in This Role
- Own and execute the lead generation distribution workflow — from promotion sequences to channel plans — so our content consistently reaches target accounts and drives net-new pipeline.- Manage and continuously optimize paid media spend across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads to maximize ROI and pipeline contribution from every dollar invested.
- Source, quality-check, and optimize lead generation vendors, and work directly with Sales to
