An opportunity for an EHS Digital Specialisthas arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main tasks of the jobholder will be:
- Manage and evolve EHS dashboards and KPI data, ensuring accurate deployment, data integrity, and robust governance policies across systems.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement digital solutionsand technology roadmaps to enhance overall EHS performance, compliance, and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams(IT, HR, Operations, Maintenance, and external vendors) to design, deploy, and integrate EHS software tools and reporting platforms.
- Lead change management initiativesto drive a digital-first mindset across the EHS population and foster the adoption of new tools.
- Extend the deployment of AI featuresand monitor emerging digital trends to continuously modernize EHS systems.
- Support data analytics and system integration, aligning EHS digital projects with corporate IT architecture and business objectives.

- Education:Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Computer Science, or related field), Environmental Sciences, or Health & Safety.
- Experience:Proven experience in digital transformation, EHS system integration, data analytics, or software implementation.
- Soft skills:Strong change management capabilities, high adaptability to new technologies, and ability to work in a collaborative, networking mode.
- Languages:Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

Valuable / Nice to have:Master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety / Environmental Management, or prior experience integrating EHS tools with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, HR platforms).
