- Key Responsibilities
- Realizar el seguimiento de la operación (Flight Watch) garantizando la conciencia situacional y la detección temprana de posibles incidencias durante el turno.
- Dar soporte a la toma de decisiones en tiempo real en el departamento, coordinando con stakeholders internos y externos.
- Desarrollar conocimiento operativo transversal en operaciones de corto y medio radio, incrementando progresivamente autonomía y capacidad de decisión.
- Planificar operativamente los vuelos asignados,



integrando restricciones como meteorología, NOTAMs, regulaciones ATFM y performance de la aeronave.
- Preparar y presentar planes de vuelo ATC, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y requisitos operativos
