Responsibilities but not limited to:
_ Strategic Leadership;_

Define and execute the regional (Europe & APAC) service delivery strategy aligned with global IS standards, focusing on user experience, operational stability, and measurable business outcomes.





Build a 3-5-year vision for Service Delivery in alignment with the IS Digital Roadmap.

Technology & Portfolio Management.

Own regional service delivery governance (operational reviews, service improvement plans, risk & compliance follow-up) and ensure alignment with general service management processes and tooling.

Manage regional demand for service enhancements and lifecycle activities, prioritising improvements based on business impact, user experience, and operational stability.

Business Stakeholder Alignment;

Act as the primary regional point of contact for Europe & APAC service delivery with business leadership, ensuring transparent communication, expectation management, and alignment on priorities.

Financial Management & Value Optimization;

Manage the Europe & APAC service delivery budget (people and suppliers as applicable), drive cost transparency, and identify optimization opportunities without com
