How will you impact?
As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of client relationships: shaping account strategy, guiding executive decision-making, identifying growth opportunities, and leading the successful delivery of large, complex initiatives. You'll own strategic client relationships and help turn ambitious priorities into measurable outcomes.
Your key responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior stakeholders, helping them set priorities and make confident strategic decisions.
- Create and execute account plans that deepen relationships, expand Parser's footprint, and connect client priorities with the right capabilities.
- Translate client needs into clear opportunities and recommendations, articulating value, ROI, risks, and trade-offs.
- Take ownership of overall account health, client satisfaction, and value delivery, ensuring each engagement addresses the client's highest priorities.
- Mobilise and align cross-functional teams across engineering, product, design, operations, and commercial functions.
- Establish effective governance, maintain executive alignment, and lead the change and adoption needed to realise value.
- Work with delivery, technical, product, and commercial leads to define outcomes, scope, roadmaps, success measures, and execution plans.
- Oversee one or more large, complex initiatives while proactively managing risks, dependencies, blockers, escalations, and opportunities.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Significant consulting experience in management consulting, digital consulting, digital transformation, or technology-enabled business transformation, ideally developed at a leading management consultancy or respected
