Задачи:
- Lead and supervise an accounting team of 2–3 people, ensuring effective task distribution and professional development
- Prepare group consolidation adjustments
- Analyze and monitor adjustments for GAAP differences between local GAAP and US GAAP
- Prepare and deliver the monthly Reporting Package to the Group
- Perform Flux Analysis and justify the main variances
- Collaborate on external audits
- Assist in reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Provide financial reports to senior management and assist in analyzing financial results and KPIs
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of group accounting records
- Oversee and review group accounting operations across the group
- Guarantee compliance with local and integral accounting regulations across the group
- Participate in implementing and enhancing accounting tools and ERP systems




- Implement process improvements to optimize time and resources
- Propose and execute automation and efficiency initiatives within financial processes

Требования:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Big 4 experience is required
- Advanced knowledge of Spanish GAAP
- Solid knowledge of group consolidation processes and intercompany eliminations
- Proven experience in external or internal audit cycles and statutory reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in Spanish
- Advanced level of English
- Nice to have: US GAAP knowledge, experience with ERP systems and reporting tools, experience with AI tools and automation workflow
