Olive Tree Consulting is looking for a Junior Web Developer to support our growing advisory practice. In this role, you will work on internal tools and digital platforms that help our clients, including a major Spanish infrastructure group, organize their management rhythms and track decision-making. This is a permanent, full-time position that is conducted fully remote, allowing you to contribute to meaningful projects from your own workspace.

The Junior Web Developer role exists to bridge the gap between our management advice and the digital tools teams use to stay organized. At Olive Tree, we believe that management should be visible and written down, and you will build the interfaces that make this possible. You will not be building marketing sites or complex consumer apps, instead, you will focus on functional, clean, and reliable tools that help leaders manage their work. This role is a professional starting point for someone who values clear code and practical utility. Because our team is distributed,



you will need to be comfortable working in a fully remote environment where documentation and clear writing are part of the daily routine.

What you will do
Develop and maintain web-based tools that help client teams record decisions and track project ownership.
Write clean and functional HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for internal portals and reporting dashboards.
Collaborate with our advisors to translate management frameworks into simple digital interfaces.
Help organize and upload project documentation for our work with a major Spanish infrastructure group.
Perform regular testing to ensure all internal sites and tools are accessible and work across different browsers.
Troubleshoot technical issues that arise within our digital workflows and provide simple solutions.
Document your code and technical processes clearly so that other team members can understand the work.
