About Mosaic Conseil
Mosaic Conseil is a boutique remote consultancy. We operate as a workshop where business artifacts are taken apart and rebuilt from scratch. We do not produce slide decks or maintain standing retainers. Instead, we take a specific file, such as a three year plan or a pricing model, and rebuild it against the evidence found in the invoice ledger. Our team is small by design, ensuring that the person who builds the work is the same person who defends it. We focus on four specific sectors: financial services, healthcare systems, growing software firms, and industrial networks.
Currently, we are assisting a partner that is a major Spanish infrastructure firm. We are tasked with auditing and restructuring their internal cost models and network data. To support this engagement, we are adding a Junior Business Analyst to our team. This is a full time, permanent, and fully remote position.

What you would do
In this role, you will work directly on the artifacts provided by our Spanish infrastructure partner. Your primary task is to find the ground truth in their data.



You will spend time cleaning large datasets, identifying inconsistencies in their cost reports, and helping to reconstruct their financial models. We follow a strict model where every piece of work has a builder and a challenger. As a junior member, you will start by supporting the builder, gathering the necessary evidence and organizing the logic. Eventually, you will take turns challenging the assumptions made by others to ensure every file we close is accurate.
You will not spend your time in endless meetings. Your work will be expressed through written arguments and technical models. You will help draft the final reports that explain exactly why a pricing grid or a budget needs to change, backed by the data you have analyzed on the bench.
