✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
Design, operate and continuously improve enterprise observability and event management platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability and performance across complex environments.
Build and maintain monitoring, alerting and event management capabilities, including dashboards, alert correlation, incident workflows and service health monitoring.
Integrate observability platforms with ITSM, on-call and infrastructure systems through APIs, webhooks and automated workflows, supporting effective incident detection and response.
Develop automation and platform improvements using scripting, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices to reduce manual operations and improve platform efficiency.
Onboard new applications, infrastructure and monitoring sources, defining integration standards, data models,



alerting requirements and end-to-end validation before production.
Drive continuous improvement of observability and operations, including incident analysis, platform optimization, tool evaluation, documentation and collaboration with application and infrastructure teams.

? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Years' experience: minimum 3 years of experience in Observability, Monitoring, AIOps, SRE or related areas.
Hands-on experience with enterprise observability and/or event management platforms.
Strong experience with automation, integrations and incident management in complex IT environments.
English: Professional working proficiency.
Spanish: Native or bilingual proficiency.
