About the role
Balance is building a new model for obesity care by combining medical expertise, technology, and personalized support.

We are looking for an Operations & Strategy Intern to support the team in improving operational processes, analyzing performance data, and helping scale our care delivery systems.

This internship offers exposure to real startup operations while working closely with product, medical, and leadership teams.

What you'll work on
Support the mapping and documentation of operational workflows across care delivery, product, and support teams
Assist in identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
Help build and maintain KPI dashboards and operational tracking tools
Analyze operational and product data to support decision making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes

You enjoy turning complex problems into structured solutions
You are fluent in Spanish and English
