Already present across D2C, Amazon and a growing network of retailers across Europe and the UK, we are now entering an exciting stage of expansion, with wholesale becoming a key growth pillar for the brand.

THE ROLE
As B2B & Wholesale Sales Coordinator, you will be at the heart of Apih's wholesale business, combining sales coordination, account management and commercial development.
You will own the day-to-day relationship with our B2B partners, making sure everything runs smoothly while actively looking for ways to grow existing accounts and bring Apih into exciting new spaces.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable:
• Managing an international distributor
• Building relationships with retailers
• Discovering the next wellness hotspot in Europe




• Starting a conversation with a new Pilates studio, concept store or hospitality partner
• Making sure everything behind the scenes — from orders to delivery — runs flawlessly
You will work closely with the founder and our operations and logistics partners, with significant ownership from day one.
We are looking for someone who gets excited not only about managing the business we already have, but about spotting where Apih should be next.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Wholesale & Account Management
• Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for our retailers, wholesale partners and distributors
• Build strong relationships with existing accounts and ensure they have everything they need to successfully sell Apih
• Proactively follow up with accounts, identify reorder opportunities and help grow them over time
• Manage incoming retailer enquiries, qualify opportunities and follow up through to account opening
