Your role

As F&B; Director, you will be responsible for leading the overall Food & Beverage strategy and operation at Nômade Temple Madrid, overseeing our restaurants, bars, events, and F&B; experiences while ensuring that each outlet reflects the Nômade philosophy and achieves the highest standards of guest experience, operational excellence, team engagement, and financial performance. Working closely with the General Manager and the leadership team, you will drive the commercial and operational performance of the department, identify new opportunities, develop innovative concepts, optimize revenue and profitability, and lead a high-performing team that delivers authentic, memorable, and distinctive hospitality experiences.

What you will do

- Define and lead the overall Food & Beverage strategy for Nômade Temple Madrid, aligned with the brand vision and business objectives.
- Oversee the daily operation and performance of all F&B; outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, presentation, and guest experience.
- Develop and implement annual F&B; budgets, business plans, revenue strategies, and operational objectives.
- Drive profitability through effective management of revenue, food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, productivity, and operational expenses.
- Monitor key F&B; performance indicators and develop action plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead the development and continuous evolution of our restaurant, bar, rooftop, event, and other F&B; concepts.
- Ensure that each outlet has a clear identity while maintaining a consistent Nômade approach to hospitality.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to develop menus, concepts, pricing strategies, and gastronomic experiences.
- Work together with Marketing,



Events, Wellness, Sales, and Operations teams to create innovative experiences and activations that connect with our guests and community.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, producers, and external collaborators.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and succession planning across the F&B; department.
- Inspire and develop F&B; leaders, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain service standards, operational procedures, and quality benchmarks across all F&B; areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, licensing, and company standards.
- Analyze guest feedback, market trends, and industry developments to continuously improve the F&B; offering.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and partnerships that can increase revenue and strengthen the positioning of Nômade Temple Madrid.
- Represent the F&B; department within the hotel's leadership team and act as an ambassador of the Nômade brand.
- Contribute to the long-term positioning and growth of Nômade Temple Madrid as a distinctive hospitality and lifestyle destination in Madrid.

Requirements

- Extensive experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership position, preferably as F&B; Director, F&B; Manager, or equivalent within luxury hotels, lifestyle hospitality, high-end restaurants, or multi-outlet operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple F&B; outlets and complex hospitality operations.
- Strong knowledge of F&B; financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing F&B; concepts and commercial strategies.
- Proven track record of leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality service standards and guest experience.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Valid EU / Spain work permit.
