Key Responsibilities

Participation in origination, analysis and execution of structured financing transactions:
Screen potential transactions;
Perform debt capacity analysis;
Produce pitches and review relevant company information;
Prepare all internal credit documentation.
Strong involvement in transaction follow-up activity:
Analyze of periodic financial information;
Prepare internal notes to review the performance of the Project/Company;
Prepare all internal credit follow-up process, including rating assessment and profitability calculation.

Qualifications/Education required:

Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.

Competencies required:

Solid financing and analytical skills, including:
Accounting principles and international accounting standards
Valuation principles
Financial statement consolidation
Hard worker and team player;
High communications skills: verbally and written;
High learning capacity (and willingness)

Skills and knowledge requirements:

Fluent English spoken and written (French valuable);
High proficiency on Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
