What is our proposal?
We are looking for a B2B Partner Onboarding & Enablement Specialist to support the growth of Exoticca’s B2B channel by delivering high-quality onboarding and training experiences to our travel agent partners.
This role plays a key part in ensuring travel agents fully understand our platform, tools, value proposition, and sales processes, enabling them to confidently sell Exoticca’s luxury travel products in key markets such as USA, Canada, Mexico,



and the UK.
The adecuado candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working closely with external partners on a daily basis through live online training sessions. You enjoy explaining products, influencing adoption, and helping partners succeed commercially. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and confidence delivering trainings in English and Spanish are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver live onboarding and training sessions to B2B travel agents in English and Spanish (approximately 5 sessions per day) via Google Meet.
Ensure agents fully understand:
1) How to use the Exoticca B2B platform.
2) Key selling points and value proposition
3) Target customer profiles and how to position Exoticca products
Actively support agent adoption by:
1) Calling and emailing agents to sign up and attend trainings.
2) Managing pre- and post-training communication.
