Our all-in-one platform enables coaches to program, execute, and analyze training while monitoring athlete performance and development.
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Representative to join our team as soon as possible.

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Representative, you will be assigned your own portfolio of clients and will be responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and adoption to renewals and account growth.

You will act as the main point of contact for your customers, ensuring they get the most value out of the platform while identifying opportunities to expand their use of Vitruve.

Responsibilities

Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts.
Lead onboarding sessions and ensure successful adoption of the platform.
Monitor customer health and proactively support clients throughout their journey.




Identify upsell opportunities and help customers expand their usage of Vitruve.
Manage subscription renewals and retention efforts.
Build long-term relationships with coaches, sports teams, and organizations.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

Professional or native-level proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
Comfortable leading meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Proactive mindset with strong commercial instincts.
Available to start immediately.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional languages such as Portuguese, French, Italian, or German are a strong plus.
Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management
