✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
Lead organizational change management initiatives to support platform transformations, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and standardized ways of working.
Develop and execute communication strategies, including release announcements, roadmap updates, newsletters, and awareness campaigns to drive engagement and adoption.
Partner with stakeholders, product teams, and platform engineering teams to align change initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
Collect, analyze, and translate user feedback into actionable insights, helping prioritize improvements and enhance the overall platform experience.
Design and deliver onboarding, enablement, and training programs that empower users to effectively leverage platform services and capabilities.




Foster and manage internal communities through events, workshops, hackathons, office hours, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen user engagement and platform advocacy.
