Our Customer Service team plays a key role in making sure our users get the best possible experience. We're looking for a Customer Service Agent who is proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent support, with a particular focus on our B2B and Enterprise customers.
You'll join a fast-moving product environment where AI is already part of the team's day-to-day workflows.
? What you'll do
Manage multichannel customer support cases across email, chat, and AI-powered support using Salesforce.
Resolve questions and issues related to subscriptions, billing and payments, credits, Fair Use Policy, and technical aspects of the product.
Support and guide B2B and Enterprise customers, providing professional, efficient service in line with agreed SLAs.
Escalate complex cases and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Billing teams to ensure fast and effective resolutions.




Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes, documentation, and automation.
Maintain the team's quality standards (QA) and actively contribute to continuous improvement.
✅ What we're looking for
C1+ English level, both written and spoken. You'll work with international customers every day, including B2B and Enterprise accounts.
Previous experience in Customer Service or Customer Support. Experience working with B2B or Enterprise customers is highly valued.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or billing-related topics clearly, accurately, and empathetically.
Ability to manage a high volume of cases independently, prioritizing effectively and using good judgment.
Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems quickly, including Salesforce and AI-powered support tools.
