Who We Are
We are South Europe Technologies (SET Iberia), the IT, Data, and Operations Shared Service Center for BNP Paribas Personal Finance. MISSION
As a Run Manager, you will ensure the stability and efficiency of IT services for our international partners. You will act as the vital link between business needs and technical execution, managing incidents, demands, and security compliance. Your work directly maintains the high service levels required by our integral customers.
What You’ll Do
Monitor and triage incidents, prioritizing resolutions and managing escalations to minimize business impact.
Lead root-cause analysis and deliver detailed post-incident reports to prevent future issues.
Coordinate with technical teams to manage evolution demands, tracking budgets and requirements.
Act as the primary contact for pricing parameter configurations and system updates.
Serve as the Security Champion, managing IT risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance standards.
Maintain transparent communication with partners through daily updates and monthly performance reports.
