In this role you will:

As a Strategy & Operations intern, you will assist the Finance Operations Specialist in the daily tasks (customers payments & invoicing), starting from January 2027 for 6 months.

Your responsibilities:

Billing & Revenue Operations
End-to-End Cycle Management: Lead the full billing process, from distributor data acquisition and normalization to payment file issuance.
Financial Integrity: Perform rigorous audits of calculations and data sets to ensure 100% accuracy before invoicing.
Banking & Reconciliation:



Manage SEPA/Direct Debit transmissions and reconcile bank settlement files to monitor cash flow in real-time.
Internal Control & Process Automation
Control Framework: Design and deploy internal monitoring tools to ensure exhaustive data synchronization across all platforms.
Operational Efficiency: Partner with the Tech team to automate manual workflows, mitigating operational risks and scaling internal tools.
Recovery Strategy & Payment Innovation
Strategic Collection: Analyze payment failure patterns and propose structural solutions, such as invoice splitting, to enhance successful debit rates.
Payment Roadmap: Research and implement alternative payment methods to diversify collection channels and reduce churn.
Cross-Functional Synergy
Key Liaison: Serve as the strategic bridge between Customer Care (dispute resolution) and Tech/Product teams (system optimization).
