Role Description The Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator is a contract role based in Madrid, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes both future in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Starting is fully temote. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day PR and marketing activities, including drafting and distributing press materials, maintaining media lists, and coordinating outreach to journalists, influencers, and partners as well as owning infleuncers and fragrance data.



The coordinator will help manage brand messaging across channels, support campaign execution, monitor media coverage, and prepare reports on PR and marketing performance. Additional tasks include assisting with event planning, coordinating product seeding and sample requests, and ensuring consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, including experience building relationships with press and managing outreach.
Working accross various brands with a core fo

Ability to draft clear, compelling Press Releases and related written materials tailored to different audiences.
