About the Role
As an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry,



you’ll be a key business partner to our clients, not just a service provider. You’ll sit at the intersection of global expansion and workforce management- advising clients on complex HR matters across Southern Europe. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle, act as their trusted in-country HR expert, and ensure smooth operations, compliance, and growth.
What You Will Do
Employee Experience & Lifecycle Support: Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
Complex Employee Relations & Terminations: Manage sensitive cases, attend calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation.
Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
International HR & Consultation: Be the first point of contact for client queries on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning.
