About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven International Holiday Property Consultant to join our team.

This is a commission-based remote role for a property professional who enjoys working closely with clients, understanding their requirements, finding suitable properties, and guiding them throughout the entire purchasing journey.

You will work primarily with qualified leads assigned by Zentima.



Your responsibility will be to help each client identify the right property and support them throughout the whole journey—from the initial consultation through the completion of the purchase and subsequent handover.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage qualified client leads assigned by Zentima
* Understand each client’s requirements, budget, preferred location, lifestyle expectations, and investment objectives
* Research, identify, and shortlist suitable local properties
* Present relevant property opportunities and clearly explain their key features, costs, purchasing process, and potential use
* Organize online presentations, property viewings, and communication with developers and local partners
* Coordinate offers, reservations, documentation, payment schedules, and other activities required to complete the transaction
