At Magnific, we're building the AI platform that professional creators, studios, and enterprises use to push what's possible in image, video, and design.
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager – DACH to own our customer relationships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You'll be responsible for making sure our customers get real value from Magnific, driving adoption and helping them embed the platform into their everyday workflows.
You'll work remotely from Germany and report to our Head of Customer Success, EMEA, becoming our on-the-ground owner for the DACH market.
? What you'll do
Own the DACH customer portfolio end to end, acting as the primary point of contact for accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Drive product adoption and help customers get the most value from Magnific.
Lead onboarding and enablement in German, from initial kickoff through to fully embedded use.
Monitor account health and usage,



identifying risks early and finding opportunities to deepen adoption.
Partner closely with Sales and Account Management on account health, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Be the voice of our DACH customers internally, sharing regional needs, feedback, and usage patterns with Product.
Contribute to the wider EMEA Customer Success playbook and help shape how we work with customers as we scale.
✅ What we're looking for
Native-level German and fluent professional English.
Solid experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
Experience directly managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
A strong track record of driving product adoption and meaningful customer outcomes.
Strong understanding of the customer journey, from onboarding to becoming fully embedded in the product.
Good knowledge of the DACH market and how enterprise and creative customers operate.
