At Rauda AI, we're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us identify, understand, and unlock opportunities where AI can create real business impact.

This is not a traditional BDR role focused on sending hundreds of emails or booking meetings at scale. We're looking for someone curious, analytical, and excited about understanding how businesses operate.

At Rauda, we help companies automate customer operations using AI. We work with organizations handling thousands of customer interactions every month and help them reduce operational workload by automating repetitive processes across channels such as email, chat, WhatsApp, and voice.

As a BDR, you'll play a key role in helping us identify companies where our technology can create meaningful impact. You'll work closely with Account Executives, leadership, and engineering teams to understand industries, discover operational challenges, and generate high-quality opportunities.

What You'll Do

Discover Opportunities: Research companies, industries, and operational teams to identify where AI and automation can create value. You'll learn how customer operations work and uncover pain points that may not be obvious at first glance.

Engage with Decision Makers: Connect with Operations, Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Digital leaders to understand their challenges and start meaningful conversations around automation and efficiency.

Conduct Quality Discovery: Go beyond qualification. Understand business processes, operational bottlenecks, customer support structures, and areas where repetitive work impacts performance and scalability.

Generate High-Impact Pipeline: Partner closely with Account Executives to build a strong pipeline of opportunities where Rauda can
