The Renewal Account Manager Role
Join Qlik's Customer Success Organization as a Renewal Account Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the renewal sales of our Qlik subscription software.
In this cross-functional position, you'll collaborate directly with customers, ensuring a favorable experience, mitigating risks, and contributing to ARR growth
What makes this role interesting?
Lead the renewal sales cycle, driving growth and exceptional renewal rates through Qlik’s value-driven proposition.
Develop successful relationships with existing customers and partners, leveraging data to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
Identify and mitigate risks, drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasts to achieve and exceed goals.

· Drive ARR growth and exceptional renewal rates, contributing significantly to Qlik’s corporate strategy for NRR Growth.
· Foster strong customer relationships and loyalty through exceptional service and value-driven solutions.
