RedCastile is expanding its network of real estate professionals across the Comunitat Valenciana and is looking for experienced Asesores Inmobiliarios autónomos to join our founding group.

We’re building a modern real estate brokerage for professionals who already know how to win listings, work with buyers and sellers, negotiate and close transactions.
Your role
You’ll manage the full real estate process, including:
Acquiring and managing new property listings
Prospecting and developing new business
Working with buyers and sellers
Property viewings and client meetings
Advising clients throughout the transaction
Negotiating offers and terms
Coordinating transactions through to completion

Technology built around the job. You’ll use RedCastile OS, our own real estate platform, bringing leads, properties, clients, market research, viewings,



documents, transactions and commissions into one place. It is built around the Spanish real estate workflow rather than adapted from a generic CRM.
An international client base. RedCastile works with international buyers and sellers, so multilingual and cross-border experience is particularly valuable.

What does “Founding Team” mean?
You’ll be joining while RedCastile is still building its first agent network.
The first group of agents will be among the first professionals using RedCastile OS in live transactions, working directly with the people building the company and helping shape the processes, technology and standards that will define the brokerage as it grows.
Being early also means the opportunity to grow with the company as new markets, responsibilities and leadership opportunities develop.

Requirements
3+ years of real estate experience preferred
