About The Role

There is no property tax in Dubai, no capital gains tax, and no income tax on what you earn. Plenty of investors in Spain have worked that out already. What most of them do not have is someone they can call who understands both the Dubai market and how business actually gets done back home.

That is the job. You will advise Spanish-speaking investors on off-plan property here, in their own language. You do not need any Dubai experience to start. We will teach you the market, the developers and the product from scratch. This posting is for candidates in Malaga who are ready to make the move.

How We Set You Up

Most brokerages hand you a phone and wish you luck. Here, our marketing team builds and pays for campaigns in Spanish, aimed at Spain, and the enquiries that come back are yours.

Your first two weeks are spent in our training academy; from there you work alongside managers with fifteen or more years selling this market,



until you can sit across from a sceptical investor and give a proper answer, with numbers behind it.

Off-plan also rewards the patient. Payment plans run over several years, clients come back for a second and third purchase, and referrals compound. Build your market properly and it keeps paying you long after the first sale.

What you will need:

Fluent Spanish and strong professional English. You need both
Someone who knows the Spanish market well: how business is done there, and what it takes to earn somebody's trust
Experience in sales, business development, investment, banking, luxury hospitality or real estate
Discipline. The agents who do well here are the ones who show up and do the same things every day
Currently based in Malaga or nearby (or already in Dubai), and able to relocate within one to three months
