We are looking for a Product Designer II to help us improve the quality and speed of product discovery and delivery.

The Role

Our design team is small and nimble,



spanning marketing and product, allowing fluid interaction across the customer journey with immediate organisational impact. You'll bring strong UX expertise, validate proposed experiences with customers, and help turn our existing design system into a practical capability used across Product, Design and Engineering.
You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to validate critical journeys before development, accelerate the design system already being built, and establish a repeatable way for Product teams to create realistic, near-production prototypes using approved components.

Lead UX research and validation

Plan and run user interviews, usability tests and other validation activities for key product journeys.
Identify the assumptions and risks that should be tested before significant engineering investment.
