THE MISSION

Keikku is the multimodal clinical AI platform that's redefining how clinicians work. A CE MDR Class I AI Scribe, real-time Clinical Reference AI, and AI Diagnostics, all in one seamless platform.
Currently available in Europe as a software-only solution, Keikku will expand to a software + hardware offering upon completion of the ongoing CE MDR Class IIa device certification.

The hardware combines proprietary ambient microphones that outperform phones with a digital AI-powered stethoscope, enabling the most accurate voice-to-text and clinical structurization AIs without risk of hallucinations. Both options, software-only and software + hardware, will remain available to customers. This is not another point solution. This is the operating system for the modern clinical consultation.

We're looking for a Sales Director to lead and scale our South European commercial strategy. You'll drive platform adoption across clinical organizations, expand the pipeline, close deals, and accelerate the growth of our go-to-market engine across multiple European markets.





RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive new business. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close across clinical organizations in the South of Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal).
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy. Define the adecuado customer profile, build outbound sequences, develop demo flows, and create a repeatable sales process that scales across European markets.
- Sell the platform. Position Keikku's full value to clinical decision-makers, practice managers, and executive leadership: Ambient Capture Hardware + AI Scribe + Reference AI + AI Diagnostics.
- Grow the pipeline. Expand our commercial reach through outbound prospecting, partnerships, conferences, and creative channel strategies.
- Represent the voice of the customer. Provide product insights, pricing intelligence, and competitive feedback to the founding team to help shape product development and positioning.
