We now seek a BIM Coordinator to be based out of our Madrid office.

Role Responsibilities

you'll be working with the latest technology available to develop the Data Centres of the future whilst having the opportunity to face exciting challenges that will help you grow and excel in your field.

Planning and Project Management:

Communicate project resourcing requirements as well as changes to tasks and workload by communicating with Project BIM Lead and BIM Manager.

Setting up BIM project environments:

Support the mobilisation process by assisting the Project BIM Lead on setting up CDEs, i.e. Autodesk Forma, folder structures, coordination spaces, model and drawing templates, 2d and 3d content, etc.
Interpret and implement client requirements on project assignments.
Coordinate with internal and external project teams to integrate BIM processes into project planning and execution.

Digital Production and Delivery:

Maintain communication channels with the Project BIM Lead, internal and external design teams, and coordinate internal and external BIM production teams accordingly.
Produce and maintain BIM mode
