Objective

To serve as the technical owner and operational driver of AB Living Group and SHA’s Marketing Technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless connectivity between Sales, Marketing, CRM, and E-commerce platforms. This role transforms business needs into scalable technical solutions, leveraging integrations, automation, data management, and AI-enabled development practices to enhance commercial performance and operational efficiency.

Role Purpose

A hands-on technology leader responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining the MarTech infrastructure that powers customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This is not a purely managerial role; it requires direct involvement in platform administration, integrations, troubleshooting, and solution implementation while coordinating specialized vendors and development partners when needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. MarTech Platform Ownership
Own and administer HubSpot across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CRM, workflows, automations, reporting, and data governance.




Manage Shopify operations, including storefront functionality, applications, themes, checkout processes, and data flows.
Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues across the MarTech ecosystem, ensuring platform reliability and performance.

2. Integrations, Automation & Data Flow
Design, implement, and maintain integrations between HubSpot, Shopify, and internal or third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions.
Develop automations that eliminate manual processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
Ensure reliable and secure data flow across Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, analytics, and business systems.
Maintain technical documentation, integration mappings, and platform standards.

3. Business Partnership & Solution Design
Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand business objectives and translate them into practical technical solutions.
