Galtea is seeking a product-driven Product Engineer to help build and scale our innovative platform. In this role, you will be a key individual contributor, working closely with the team to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions. You will own user-facing flows end to end, from architectural decisions through to shipped product, and play a vital role in executing our technical roadmap.

What you'll be doing
As a Product Engineer, you will take ownership of key user flows within Galtea's AI platform end to end, from problem definition through architecture, implementation, and iteration.



You will lean on strong architectural judgment and modern development practices, including harness-based and AI-assisted development, to move quickly without sacrificing quality. You will champion development best practices, participate in architectural discussions, and help drive the platform forward in a fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities:
Product-Centric Flow Ownership: Own key user flows end to end. Proactively identify and address user pain points, working closely with Product Management to define and resolve them.
Architectural Judgment: Apply sound architectural patterns and development best practices across the stack. Make pragmatic design decisions that balance speed with long-term maintainability, leveraging harness-based and AI-assisted development workflows to ship faster.
Full-Stack Execution: Build and maintain both backend services (Node.js, NestJS) and intuitive frontend experiences (React, Vue.js, or other modern frameworks), w
