About the Role
Sovrano works because the right experts are ready before the work arrives. Finding them, bringing them in and keeping them close is one job, and right now it is the one with the most room to shape. This role sits right in the middle of it.

Part of it is design, and speed. When a new project is announced there is a funnel to build: the call for applicants, the screening, the qualification, the onboarding, and the first piece of work in someone's hands. You design those flows and you get them live quickly. Nothing you build is a one off. Hundreds of people move through these flows today and it will be thousands, so a step that is a small friction for one person is worth removing for everyone. If you are the kind of person who looks at something unstructured and immediately sees the shape of it, this is the part of the job you will enjoy most.

The other part is the people. The experts who work with us are professionals who chose to spend their time here. They deserve to hear from someone who knows their name, takes their questions seriously,



and tells them early and honestly when plans change. Doing that well is why somebody comes back for a second project and a third, and it is the difference between a list of contacts and a community. It is a real craft, and it is rarer than it sounds.

This is a hands on role in a small team. You would be building and running these flows yourself rather than overseeing them, in close daily contact with the person who leads the function. What we need most is judgment: someone who moves without being told what to do next, and who can tell a good version from a bad one without it having to be explained.
