Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, test systems development, supplier quality, or production support within a high-volume manufacturing environment.




Strong understanding of manufacturing test methodologies, validation processes, and production qualification requirements.
Proficiency with test equipment, instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and automated test systems.
Experience developing test specifications, test plans, FAT/SAT protocols, validation reports, and manufacturing process documentation.
Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies including ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control (SPC), PFMEA, DFMEA, and Control Plans.
Experience managing supplier quality activities including audits, corrective actions, process qualifications, PPAP, APQP, and supplier development initiatives.
Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills utilizing methodologies such as 8D, Fishbone, Pareto Analysis, 5-Why, and Failure Analysis.
Experience with manufacturing data analysis using tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Excel, M
