In order to support the Digital Department, Airbus is looking for a
SAP S/4HANA Finance Project Leader (d/f/m) based in Getsafe, Spain.
You will be a core-part of our Finance Transformation journey, leading projects and enhancements that drive efficiency and innovation. From planning and design to configuration, testing, and go-live support, you will be involved in every stage of the process. Your tasks and responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning, implementations and executions of SAP Financials with a strategic focus on General Ledger solutions, driving operational efficiency and fostering innovation.
Gather requirements by engaging with internal clients - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their financial needs, business processes, and expectations; translate these into clear project requirements.
Define project scope, objectives,



and deliverables; create detailed project plans; oversee day-to-day execution to ensure successful completion within time and budget. Define success criteria or KPIs for projects
Implement solutions on P11 and based on SAP Financials, Logistics, Sales and Central Finance modules
Develop and enhance finance solutions for business improvements - Continuously assess and improve accounting processes to enhance performance, scalability, and business value.
Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues promptly to maintain system stability and minimize business disruption, while implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Facilitate collaboration between finance, IT, operations, and other departments; align team efforts and resolve conflicts to keep the project on track.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources - Monitor and control project financials and schedules; allocate resources efficiently; adjust plans proactively
