The Job:
As the Data Operations and Business Intelligence Manager, you’ll be part of our team. You’ll get to:
Lead and develop the Data Operations and Business Intelligence function within the organization.
Oversee the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of key business platforms, including Salesforce CRM, Power BI, SBD 360, product data systems, Nexmart, Home Index, Innoscape, Leroy Merlin platforms,



and external market data sources.
Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, governance, and usability across commercial and business information systems.
Drive the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI reports, dashboards, and business performance analysis tools.
Translate business needs into effective data, reporting, and system solutions that support sales, marketing, and management decision-making.
Act as a key partner to commercial and marketing teams, ensuring systems and data structures are aligned with business priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting capabilities, and the overall use of business data across the company.
Lead, coach, and develop the team within the department, fostering a business-oriented, collaborative, and service-driven mindset.
