Pragmatike is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Compute Team responsible for the core compute platform powering backend services. You will mentor ~8 engineers, set direction, and stay hands‐on with production‐grade code (~50%).
Youll drive architectural direction for reliability, scalability, and developer experience, collaborating with Infrastructure, Security, and Backend teams to deliver scalable compute systems in a remote Europe‐time setup.
