About Moon’s English AcademyMoon’s English Academy is a growing English language education company with centres in Calatayud and La Muela, Zaragoza.
We teach children, teenagers and adults through a practical and communicative methodology focused on real language use, confidence and measurable progress.

We are expanding our teaching team for the 2026–2027 academic year and are looking for teachers who want stability, professional development and the opportunity to grow within the company. The RoleWe are looking for a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic English Teacher to join our team.
Our main current recruitment need is in Calatayud, although opportunities may also be available at our La Muela centre.
The successful candidate will teach children, teenagers and adults in small groups using our communicative teaching methodology and academic systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, structured and effective English lessons.
- Create a positive, motivating and supportive classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare lessons and adapt materials when required.
- Follow the academy’s teaching methodology and academic procedures.
- Communicate professionally with students, families and colleagues.
- Complete academic reports and student follow-up when required.
- Participate in teacher training, meetings and professional development.
- Contribute positively to the culture and growth of the academy.
Essential RequirementsApplications will only be considered from candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Currently residing in Spain.
- Legal right to work in Spain already in place.
- English proficiency at C1/C2 level or equivalent bilingual proficiency.
- Spanish level B2 minimum.
- Availability to work Monday to Thursday afternoons.
- Ability to commute reliably to Calatayud and/or La Muela, depending on the assigned position.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle are strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude, reliability and strong work ethic.
- Genuine interest in teaching and student progress.
Preference will be given to candidates currently living in Aragón, especially in or near Calatayud, Zaragoza or La Muela, who can join the team quickly. Please do not apply if you require visa sponsorship or if you are not currently authorised to work in Spain.
Highly Desirable
- Degree in English Studies, Education, Translation or a related field.
- CELTA, TEFL, TESOL or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous teaching experience.
- Experience teaching children and teenagers.
- Experience preparing students for Cambridge, Oxford or other official English examinations.
- Experience working in language academies.
- Interest in professional development and long-term progression.
