Main Responsibilities Lead fragrance development projects with a strong focus on innovation and emerging technologies.
Identify trends, opportunities and new approaches to create differentiated fragrance propositions.




Manage strategic relationships with international fragrance houses and suppliers.
Own and continuously improve internal fragrance evaluation methodologies and processes.
Manage and optimize the companys fragrance portfolio, balancing performance, differentiation and cost efficiency.
Monitor competitor fragrance strategies and emerging scent trends across FMCG categories worldwide.
Develop a deep understanding of regional scent preferences and consumer expectations across international markets.
Inspire the wider organization through workshops, ideation sessions and innovation frameworks.
Lead, coach and develop the technical team.
Coordinate cross-functional projects involving with other key stakeholders.
Act as the key link between Fragrance Development and senior leadership teams.
Academic Background Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
