Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Juris Doctor (J.D.), or equivalent law degree; admission to practice law in at least one relevant jurisdiction; extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior legal role within an international corporate environment; life sciences industry experience preferred; strong experience across commercial matters, M&A;, employment, corporate compliance, corporate governance, and dispute resolution/litigation management; extensive drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements; strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements; proven track record managing complex legal matters and advising senior stakeholders; demonstrated ability to develop and implement legal strategies; training in UK law is an asset; fluent English.
