We are looking for a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to take full ownership of our Malaga office IT infrastructure. In this role, you will not just resolve daily technical issues; you will be the driving force behind how we use technology in the workplace. We need a senior professional who can make independent decisions, build effective IT support processes from scratch, and constantly improve our current ways of working. You will work closely with HR and Office Management to ensure a seamless technical experience for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Office IT Ownership: Take full responsibility for the Malaga office IT infrastructure, including local networks, desk equipment, laptops, and all peripherals.
- Process Creation & Optimization: Design, implement, and maintain efficient IT support processes to guarantee quick resolution times and high employee satisfaction.
- Lifecycle Management (Joiners & Leavers): Build and manage the IT onboarding and offboarding processes. Coordinate closely with HR and Office Management to ensure new hires have everything they need from day one.




- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify gaps in our current IT operations and execute initiatives to upgrade our systems and tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the main IT point of contact and collaborate with internal teams (HR, Facilities, and Integral IT) to align local operations with global standards.
- Senior Decision Making: Act with autonomy. You will have the authority to make the right technical and operational decisions for the Malaga site without needing constant supervision.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT support, with clear progression into a senior or lead role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on knowledge of hardware (MacOS/Windows laptops), office networking (Wi-Fi, routers, switches), and standard office peripherals.
